At Forest City Exteriors, our goal is to provide Cleveland, Ohio with top-notch roofing, siding, gutter, and window/door solutions while also making a positive impact on the environment. Here are the highlights of what sets us apart:
- Expertise in Roofing: Our team has been installing roofs since 2004, and between the 2 owners, they have inspected over 10,000+ homes. This experience has given us a deep understanding of roofing systems and the insurance claims process.
- Advanced Installation Methods: We use our own signature installation techniques that go above and beyond manufacturer recommendations to ensure that our roofs will last longer than the competition.
- Eco-Friendly Solutions: We believe in protecting the environment, which is why we offer shingles that clean the air and in-house manufactured metal roof systems made from recyclable materials. We also offer roof rejuvenation services that revive older shingles on roof's that have no damage but need some maintenance to slow down the life cycle effect from them drying out to help extend the life of the roof to ensure it gets as many years as it can get before having to pay for a full roof replacement out of pocket.

- Digital Scope Sheet Report: After completing an inspection especially if it's for a potential insurance claim depending on the services our homeowners are requesting we try to provide every homeowner with a digital scope sheet report and photos that show the exact location of damages or any other anomalies that would be a concern. This helps our customers make informed decisions about whether to file a claim or to just do a repair. It also helps provide our office staff with accurate information about the roof's condition and what accessories or roof components are needed to properly write an estimate for repairs that truly meet code standards. *Please note when insurance companies send out their adjusters or 3rd party inspectors they miss damage on the roof's all the time due to heavy scheduling, lack of roofing experience, and of course normal human error. Because of this it's very important to hire a roofing contractor that is highly experienced at working with the insurance companies. Please note depending on the services as noted above or the complexity of the home not all inspection photo reports will come with a digital scope sheet but can be if requested.
